Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 16 ounce can refried beans
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 green onions, diced
- tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, or until onions start to soften.
