I love no bake desserts. Especially in the summer. Plus, there is no wait time. You don’t have to wait to eat them, they are ready to eat, when you are.
I love the combination of fruit and chocolate. Chocolate fountains are one of my favorite things at weddings. I always get excited when I see strawberries and pineapple, ready to dip. I decided to make a dessert out of it.
These did not disappoint. My kids thought they were the best cookies I’ve ever made.
These No Bake Chocolate Berry Balls are perfect for holiday parties and gatherings. Or in the summer when it’s just too dang hot to bake. Or, just any time you have a sweet tooth, and need a good chocolate fixing.
what else could i add to these?
I am all about additions. They are delicious as is, but you could also add a few favorite ingredients in as well.
If you want to make them a little more savory, you could add sea salt, or pretzel bits. You could also add salted peanuts or nuts.
If you want to make them more fruity, you could also use a fruit extract such as cherry. I love the cherry and chocolate combination.
You could also add coconut for some more texture or flavor. It would also be delicious with some slivered almonds added.
These are definitely fun to play with and make your own.
If you want to put a summer twist on them, you could add mini marshmallows and graham cracker bits, and make a s’mores version, of this delicious no bake treat.
You can’t really go wrong with these bad boys. They are delicious with just about anything added to them. They will definitely not disappoint.
