Grill or Broil Quick Garlic-Lime Pork Chops?
This recipe is incredibly easy, because you broil it. It’s one that you could eat all year round, and never have to grill in the snow.
However, it is a good marinade for grilling. You could easily grill your pork chops over medium heat on a gas grill, instead of broil them. The internal temp of the pork chops should be 145 degrees F, a meat thermometer will be helpful.
