When we shared our first meal plan last week, there was a HUGE response from all you that you are as excited as we are that this meal plan is back.
If you have been following us for any amount of time, you know that we love to meal plan:
- We wrote a whole COOKBOOK of MEAL PLANS!
- We partnered with Prepear on an app that takes all of our recipes and puts them into meal plans for you!
Why we love meal planning:
Our mom has been planning family dinners each week for almost 40 years!
She taught us at a young age that a little planning can go a long way.
Meal planning is great at helping you:
- Save money – you know exactly what to buy at the grocery store and don’t end up buying ingredients you don’t need or don’t use
- Make your life easier – it’s so nice to know exactly what you are going to feed your family each day. No need to stress over what to make for dinner at 3 pm each day!
- Eat healthier – if you are trying to feed your family a little bit better, planning your meals will help you be prepared each day and have everything to you need to make your family a delicious dinner you can eat together!

What is in this meal plan?
Each week we will share 6 family-friendly dinner recipes, 2 side dish recipes, and 1 delicious dessert that you can make for your family.
We will share a new meal plan each Friday, so be sure to come back put your email address in the box at the top of the page and we will email it to you each week.

Day 1:
Main Dish: Black Bean Taco Soup
This recipe is one of our “go-to” recipes on busy days when you need dinner in a hurry!

Day 2:
Main Dish: Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
These continue to be one of our favorite slow cooker recipes because they are so easy, but SO GOOD.
Full of flavor and delicious!
Day 3:
Main Dish: Chicken Pot Pie Tater Tot Casserole
A new spin on a classic dish – our kids LOVE this recipe.
Day 4:
Main Dish: Hawaiian Turkey Burgers
If you don’t like ground turkey, you can totally substitute it with ground beef!
Side Dish: Air Fryer Frozen French Fries
If you haven’t tried an air fryer yet, this is the recipe that may change your mind.
These frozen French fries taste like they came straight from a deep fryer – they are so crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside . . .
And it was done in an air fryer!
Day 5:
Main Dish: Instant Pot Italian Beef Roast
I love how easily this beef roast falls apart! Such a quick and easy meal.
Side Dish: Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
I love sweet potatoes and roasting them like this is one of my favorite ways to prepare them.
You can use yams or sweet potatoes for this recipe.
Day 6:
Main Dish: Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken
A classic on our website – this has been a fan-favorite for over 10 years!
No need for takeout when you have this recipe up your sleeve.
Dessert:
Chubby Hubby Clusters
This recipe is fun to make any time of year, but we love to make it at Christmas time and share it with neighbors, co-workers, and friends!
So easy and a fun one to make with kids!
