- Salt
- Pepper
- Liquid smoke
- Dijon mustard
- Honey

How To Make Our Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Chops Recipe:
This dish is super simple to make, so when you are ready, remove your pork chops from the fridge.
Then place them on a plate and sprinkle both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
When you have them seasoned, pour a good amount of the liquid smoke on the pork chops and set them aside.
While those sit for a minute, either preheat the broiler to high or your grill to get it ready.
Next, combine the dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic together in a small mixing bowl in stir it all together.
Once the broiler or grill is hot, place the pork chops on the broiler pan or grill and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
Then turn the pork over and let the other side cook for another 4-5 minutes.
You need the internal temperature of the pork to be at least 165 degrees for safety reasons, so make sure they get at least that warm.
Beyond that you want the inside to just barely be pink, but not overcooked or the pork will turn out dry and tough.
Once each side has cooked, remove them from the heat, and baste the pork chops well with the honey mustard mixture.
After you are done basting the pork chops, place them back on the heat and cook each side for another minute.
Now simply remove the pork chops, placing them on a plate to let them sit for 3-5 minutes to seal in the juices, and then serve them with your favorite side dishes!
To Make This Grilled Pork Chops Without Marinade You Will Need:
- Large plate
- Small mixing bowl

Get My Meal Plans NOW!Can You Grill Pork Without Brining or Marinating it First?
You can, and this recipe is a good example as to how! While marinating is a great way to make sure you have a tender and juicy piece of meat, it is not always necessary.
If you make sure to tenderize and season the meat before cooking, this helps a lot. This is why it is important to season the meat with salt and pepper, as well as use the liquid smoke before you start cooking.
The salt helps keep the meat tender, as well as season it. We also suggest resting the meat prior to serving it. This also helps keep the juice in the meat, producing a perfectly juicy pork chop.
What is the Best Way To Cook Pork Chops Without Them Drying Out?
Cooking meat can be hard. First you’re trying to get the meat done well, but not over cooking it at the same time. Over cooking your meat is the number one reason why it will try out. So start there.
Get yourself a quality meat thermometer so you can make sure you are reaching the minimum temperature for meat and then go from there based on personal preference.
Another important step that we do is allowing the pork chops to reat after cooking. This allows the meat to seal in the juices rather than spilling out at the first cut.
