what could i replace the butter with?
This recipe calls for quite a bit of butter, but the recipe needs it, because we took out the eggs. If you are looking to replace 1/4 cup of butter, you could use a vegetable oil, or olive oil instead.
We highly recommend using the butter, but you can substitute it, as needed or desired.
