They come together in 30 minutes and tastes absolutely amazing. Creamy and delicious mashed potatoes that your whole family will love.
Ingredient Notes
- Red Potatoes
- Salt
- Minced Garlic
- Milk
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
How to make Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
- Wash and dice potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a large pot, add salt and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until potatoes are tender – about 20 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from heat and drain the water.
- Mash the potatoes and add the garlic and milk, then mash using an electric mixer or potato masher.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
- Let stand for a few minutes to thicken, then serve.
Storing and Other TIps
Store leftover mashed potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave, to make them extra creamy when reheating add a splash of milk.
