I am not too crazy about fish. There is just something about the taste that is overpowering and tastes too much like the ocean. But this Garlic Parmesan Herb Salmon is so delicious, you’d think it was chicken nuggets. The fish is soft, and crunchy when grilled, and I could honestly eat it for every meal. It is so moist it doesn’t even need a dipping sauce. Even your pickiest eaters will love it.
Garlic Parmesan Herb Salmon Recipe
This Garlic Parmesan Herb Salmon is so delicious, you’d think it was chicken nuggets. The fish is soft, and crunchy when grilled, and I could honestly eat it for every meal.

Ingredients
- 5 boneless skinless salmon fillets
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium low heat, and spray racks with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, Italian Seasoning, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
- Dip Salmon into the mixture and place on grill, flipping every 3 minutes for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Baste the salmon as you go with the garlic Parmesan mixture to keep the fish moist and full of flavor.
- Serve warm.
