How to make No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, and honey. The dough will be tough to stir and kind of sticky.
- Add in candies and mix well.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge for up to one week.
Storing and Other Tips
You can freeze them or eat them at room temperature. They are best stored in an airtight container.
What could I replace the peanut butter with?
This recipe calls for peanut butter, but if you have an allergy, or don’t particularly love it, you could easily swap it out for something else.
We highly recommend using almond or cashew butter in place of peanut butter.
