what is the best way to peel and core an apple?
I have found the easiest way to peel my apples, is with a vegetable (or potato) peeler. It is a process, but if I start at the top, and work in circular motions around the apple, it usually peels quite fast.
To core my apples, (I wish I had a special tool) but I do it old school and slice my apple, like a would a snack. I just cut around the core, to avoid the seeds.
There are special apple coring machines and gadgets you can buy, but I don’t mind doing the old fashioned way.
