   I love to chop zucchini, onion, squash & mushrooms in big chunks & marinate it in Italian dressing. Throw it on the grill in a grill pan. Easy, delicious side dish! And a great way to use up some left over veggies...you could use anything you want. My two year old devours it every time we have this dish.

   Thank you so much for these recipes! Our zucchini plant is HUGE {I got a 1 gallon bag out of one chopped zucchini} and the husband's parents just brought us a 5 gallon bucket of more zucchini. It's coming out of my ears!

    I skewer red onions, yellow squash, zucchini, and mushrooms for shish kabobs and matinate them in soy sauce, lea & perrins, olive oil, and tonys cajun seasoning and grill them. Its AMAZING!!

    The link has been blocked by the blogger. We tried to get to the recipe from Pinterest and it is blocked that way too. There are a lot of zucchini nutella muffin recipes on Pinterest.
