We started sharing Instant Pot recipes a few years ago, and after discovering our love for this AMAZING small kitchen appliance, we knew we wanted to make a cookbook combining two of our loves:

And that’s how this book was born.

Basics: we covered the easiest things to make in your Instant Pot (and what we recommend most people start with). These basics cover everything from broccoli and oatmeal to hard-boiled eggs and yogurt.
Main Dishes: We included all of our classic recipes like Hawaiian Meatballs and Shells and Beef to a few new favorites like Veggie Lo Mein and Loaded Mac and Cheese.
Side Dishes: You can cook more than just your main dish in your Instant Pot, so we made sure to include our favorite sides. We have staple vegetable side dishes (like our Honey-Glazed Carrots) and fun things to try (like potato salad and refried beans).

That is all handled through Amazon. You will need to contact them. Covid has really messed things up. We do know you can get it in 2-3 days from Deseretbook.com. Some viewers have told us that they have received their Amazon books, so we know they are starting to ship. You will need to contact Amazon.

You need to work with Amazon on that issue. We have nothing to do with that. They are a reseller for our book. I do know that you can order it at Deseretbook.com and it's delivered in 2-3 days and in stock now.

Yes, and with the small Instant Pot, you just need to cut the recipes in half.

Hi! We absolutely love this cookbook, it has been really fun:). We made the veggie lo mein recipe tonight, and the sugar snap peas ended up being really stringy (like choking us stringy!). We also doubled the recipe and some of the noodles were not cooked all the way. I was just wondering if anybody else had experienced killer snap peas and has any recommendations on avoiding this. Is there also a recommended cook time for doubling this recipe?? Thanks so much!
