I always thought I hated brussels sprouts but turns out I just hadn’t had them cooked in a tasty way.
I tried a few different variations from the appetizer menu at different restaurants, but these are my favorite way to make them at home.
You know they’re good when you’re pregnant and still crave them. This recipe makes eating vegetables easy and enjoyable. They are so easy to make, and your picky eaters may just take seconds, like mine did.

That’s all there is too it. Could these brussels sprouts be any easier?
could i use this recipe with other vegetables?
You most definitely could use this recipe with other vegetables. I love making this with my broccoli as well as asparagus.
Those are the only two other vegetables I’ve tried this with, but I’m sure it would be tasty with egg plant, zucchini, radishes, carrots, or any of your other favorite vegetables.
It’s a very versatile recipe, and can combine well with many vegetables.
could i use frozen brussels sprouts
You could use frozen brussels sprouts, but we recommend you thaw them before using them. They need to be thawed, because you are cutting them in half.
We also prefer the tastes of fresh brussels sprouts. They seem to be a little more sweet than the frozen ones.
