Ingredients needed to make Air Fryer Parmesan Broccoli:
- 1 head broccoli, cut into even-sized pieces1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon water
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional topping)
How to make Air Fryer Parmesan Broccoli:
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour 1 Tablespoon water into the bottom of the air fryer (this helps the food not to smoke and burn).
Lay the broccoli in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Cook until tender and crisp, about 8-10 minutes (start checking it around 7 minutes, you can always cook it longer if needed).
Remove from basket, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and serve immediately.
