These Air Fryer Potato Wedges are my all time favorite side dish. They are perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and seasoned to perfection for plenty of flavor!
My kids love them because they taste like fries, I love them because they aren’t deep fried . . . it’s a win-win situation!
You won’t go back to frozen fries ever again. We love to serve them with our Honey Lime Grilled Chicken Marinade Recipe, this Grilled Tuscan Pork Chops (Easy Marinade) Recipe or The Best Hamburger (and Famous Secret Sauce) Recipe!

How to make Air Fryer Potato Wedges:
Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees F.
Cut each potato in wedges (I usually get 8 wedges per potato). In a bowl, toss potato wedges with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper until all potatoes are covered.
Spray the bottom of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
Lay the potatoes in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12-13 minutes, then shake the basket and cook an additional 10-12 minutes or until wedges reach the crispness you prefer (I usually start checking them after they have been cooking for 5 minutes to see how much longer to let them cook).

How many potato wedges fit in the Air Fryer:
You might not be able to fit all the potatoes in one batch – repeat as many times as needed to cook all your potatoes! You want to be sure to not overcrowd your air fryer basket so that all wedges can cook evenly.
Once you finish cooking all the batches, feel free to add all the potatoes back in and cook for 2-3 minutes more to warm them all up to the same temperature.
