What other salad toppings would be good on Chicken and Pear Quinoa Salad?
I love this salad, because it is so versatile.
You can make it as sweet or savory as you’d like.
Here are a few of my favorite salad additions and recommendations:
-Blue Cheese: if you don’t like feta cheese, you could easily switch out
-Pecans: I love the almonds on this salad, but really any nut would be delicious with it.
-Celery: This is a simple vegetable to sneak into this salad, because it doesn’t have a lot of taste and pairs nicely with fruit. You will love the extra crunch as well.
-Cucumbers: They add a similar texture and flavor as well as celery. They add that crunch the salad needs!
-Raspberries: I am the biggest raspberry fan. This salad would really be good with any berry!
-Mangoes: They add the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor to any salad.
-Tuna: If you need a chicken replacement, I have also tried this salad with tuna and it was delicious.
-Bacon Bits: Bacon Bits add the perfect amount of salty, savory, goodness.
