Now that my baby is six weeks old, I am trying to get back in shape. As a food blogger, you can guess I often have a lot of desserts around the house.
I have a major sweet tooth and I have the hardest time eating healthy and not having treats everyday.
These banana bites help satisfy my sweet tooth and I don’t feel as guilty as when I eat these instead of a candy bar.
If you are looking to eat healthy, and still satisfy your sugar cravings, I highly recommend trying this recipe.
It’s incredibly easy, inexpensive and delicious. You are going to love this one.

the perfect recipe to get to know your kids:
Being a parent in a technological world can be a little tricky. However, I have found that cooking and eating dinner with my kids, is a great way for them to open up and talk.
There are no phones or distractions around, and my kids will tell my about their day, friends, school, problems, good things and bad.
I love the little moments we have together, cooking in the kitchen, growing closer together.
This is a great recipe to make when you need a snack. It also teaches them about nutrition and eating healthy.
