Tatchos, also known as, tater tot nachos, are a great game day appetizer for feeding a crowd and kids. We’ve combined some of our favorite nacho toppings with the crispy tater tots to create this delicious recipe. Unlike chips, tater tots do not get soggy, so you’ll get a perfect crunchy bite each time.

To make our totchos recipe, you only need six ingredients:
- Tater tots
- Cheddar cheese
- Queso blanco
- Pico de gallo
- Crumbled bacon
- Green onions

How to Make Totchos
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread tater tots on an even layer, then bake according to package directions.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and drizzle Queso Blanco over top.
- Sprinkle Pico de Gallo, bacon, and green onions on top.
- Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted and warm.
