Ingredients needed for our Green Goddess Vegetable Dip:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley leaves
- ⅓ cup fresh dill leaves
- ⅓ cup fresh basil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 green onions diced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt to taste
It’s so simple to make this Green Goddess Vegetable Dip:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Mix until completely smooth.
Serve with fresh vegetables or pita bread.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
