The most delicious Instant Pot Honey Glazed Ham, steamed to perfect in minutes. The ultimate Sunday (and Easter) dinner!
One thing I want to touch on is the Instant Pot ham cooking time! How long to cook a ham in an Instant pot, you ask?
Well technically you will set the timer for only 4 minutes, but make sure that you account for a 10 minute natural release and the time it takes the Instant Pot to get pressurized.
But even then, that’s only about 35 minutes to make a whole 3-4 pound ham! Talk about a game changer.

Let’s get started cooking this Instant Pot Honey Glazed Ham Sunday dinner recipe!
Start by getting your Instant Pot out and plug it in. Then place the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot with the handles going up.
Then, using an aluminum foil piece, mold it in the shape of a boat and place the ham on top of it.
Now, using a small bowl mix together the mustard, brown sugar, honey, nutmeg, and cinnamon until it is completely combined.
Then use the pastry brush to brush the marinade on top of the ham and in between the slices of the ham to ensure to get the ham extra juicy.
Once you have it all brushed with the honey marinade place the ham in the Instant Pot on top of the trivet.
After the ham is in the Instant Pot, place the lid on top and turn the valve to the “SEALING” position. Then, press the “MANUAL” or “PRESSURE COOK” or “HIGH PRESSURE” and set the timer for 4 minutes.
When the time runs out, you are going to let the Instant Pot do a natural release (not doing anything) for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, then move the valve to the “VENTING” position and let the rest of the pressure release.
Once the pin drops indicating that all of the pressure has been released, take the lid off the Instant Pot and remove the ham, put it on a serving dish and take the inner pot and pour the remaining sauce over top of the ham.
Now just serve and enjoy!
