How to make Instant Pot Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken
- Prepare the chicken. Grease the bottom of the Instant Pot with olive oil. Add the chicken to the bottom of the pot and season with sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add in your favorite bbq sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Do not stir to avoid the dreaded burn notice.
- Cook the chicken. Cook the chicken on high pressure for 10 minutes cooking time. Allow the electric pressure cooker to do a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before removing from the Instant Pot.
- Rest. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving you can also shred chicken for sandwiches.
