My friend gave me a copycat recipe for the Lion House Restaurant Style Cheesecake and I just had to try it.
It was super easy to make. If you have never tried making a cheesecake, don’t let it intimidate you, because this recipe really is so simple and tastes amazing.

What toppings would be good on this Lion House Restaurant Style Cheesecake?
I am a total toppings person. This cheesecake doesn’t necessarily need any toppings, but it is delicious with them. Here are a few toppings we recommend adding to your cheesecake:
- coconut shreds
- crushed peanuts
- crushed almonds
- crushed pecans
- crushed walnuts
- mini M & M’s
- Oreos
- Candybar (Kit Kat, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Butterfingers, Heath Bar, Snickers etc).
- Peanut Butter Drizzle
- White Chocolate Drizzle
- Peanut Butter chips
- crushed graham crackers
- fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, raspberries, etc.)
- fruit glaze (I love strawberry glaze on this. If you can’t find it at the store, you could also drizzle on a sweet fruit jam as well).
- hot fudge
- melted chocolate or chocolate sauce
Could I make these into mini cheesecakes:
I have only made this recipe as one big cheesecake, but you could easily make this recipe into mini cheesecakes. You will definitely need to change the time to bake for 30-40 minutes.
If you make mini ones, we recommend using a muffin tin. You can either spray the sides, or use a cupcake liner.
