Sometimes I can’t handle the taste of fish, but when I tried this Mexican Grilled Salmon, I was a believer in salmon. It is so easy to make, and it tastes amazing grilled. It’s perfect for fish tacos, sandwiches, or just to eat plain. Enjoy!

Mexican Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 4 (4 ounce) skinless salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a medium small bowl, whisk together chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic salt, salt, pepper, olive oil and juice from one lime.
- Brush salmon pieces with the spiced mixture
- Place on grill and flip every three minutes until the center of the fish is flaky and cooked all the way through.
- Continue basting the fish with the spice mixture with every flip of the fish.
