No bake cookies are one of my favorite things to make. They are an easy dessert recipe to make but never disappoint! They are my go to when I have to make cookies for a bake sale or even fun treats for our kids.
These cookie butter no bake cookies are a hit in our house. I have a hard time getting them all on the cookie sheet without my kids trying to snatch them all up!
Recipe Ingredient Notes
To make No-Bake Cookie Butter Cookies, you will need the following ingredients:
- Butter
- Milk
- Vanilla
- Salt
- Oats
- Butter
If you have never bought cookie butter you can either get it HERE on Amazon, or at your local Trader Joes (they have a great one!). I’ve also even seen it at Walmart and Kroger stores.

For this recipe, you only need a few simple kitchen tools. We recommend using the following equipment:
How to make No-Bake Cookie Butter Cookies
- Prepare cookie sheet covered in foil or parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, bring the butter, milk and vanilla to a boil over medium heat. Let it boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, rolled oats, and cookie butter.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment paper or foil and let cool completely before eating.
- Place in fridge for faster cooling! We also love to eat them straight from the pan.
