Sometimes you just need a recipe that you can throw together when you need a dessert in a hurry . . . and this is one of my favorites! With the kids back in school, I love to have a special treat for them when they get home from school and this easy cake is a fun dessert that we can make together.
We have partnered with Otis Spunkmeyer to create a recipe using one of their delicious new snack cakes and I knew that the chocolate creme cakes would be the perfect base for this cake! Otis Spunkmeyer has just released a new retail line of 20 conveniently pre-packaged snacks made with ?No Funky Stuff?- no artificial colors or flavoring, no high fructose corn syrup, and no artificial oils – just a promise of better ingredients in its foods. Hooray!
This simple dish is loaded with chocolate and caramel-y goodness. Pecans, caramel, whipped topping, toffee bits, chocolate . . . all the deliciousness of turtle cake without all the work!

Start by unwrapping 14 creme cakes and placing them in a 9×13″ pan.
Drizzle cakes with caramel sauce.
Top with caramel whipped topping mixture.
Sprinkle with pecans, toffee bits, and chocolate chips then drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
Top each cake with whipped topping before serving and enjoy!
No Bake Turtle Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 14 Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Creme Cakes
- 16 ounces caramel sauce
- 8 ounces Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ⅓ cup toffee bits
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Unwrap Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Creme Cakes and place in a 9x13" baking pan.
- Drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce on top of the creme cakes.
- In a bowl, mix together container of Cool Whip with 1/2 cup of caramel sauce. Spread on the cakes in the pan.
- Sprinkle pecans, toffee bits, and mini chocolate, then drizzle with leftover caramel sauce.
- If desired, top with additional whipped cream when serving.
