- Butter
- Toasted sesame oil
- Fresh grated ginger (use ground ginger in a pinch)
- Garlic, minced
- Low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut amoinos)
- Broccoli
- Green cabbage, roughly chopped
- Kale, roughly chopped
- Vegetable stock or water
- Sesame seeds to garnish
How to make Panda Express Super Greens Recipe:
- Make the sauce. In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the tbsp butter. Add the tsp sesame oil, ginger, and garlic and sauté until aromatic. Whisk in the soy sauce.
- Cook the veggies. Add the chopped head of broccoli to the skillet followed by the small head of cabbage chopped and, finally, the cups kale. Pour the plain water or vegetable broth over the veggies and put a lid on the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the broccoli is fork-tender, stirring every couple of minutes.

- 3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 4 cups broccoli
- ½ head green cabbage, roughly chopped
- 4 cups kale, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup vegetable stock, or water
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish
