You can never go wrong with Patriotic M&M Pudding Cookies! These are literally my favorite cookies. They are so soft and chewy and are absolutely foolproof. We will definitely be bringing these cookies to our 4th of July barbecue!
Ingredient Notes
- Butter Softened
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Sugar
- Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Salt
- Baking Soda
- All-Purpose Flour
- Red, White and Blue M&M’s
How to make Patriotic M&M Pudding Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and pudding mix.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla and salt..
- Add baking soda and flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in M&Ms.
- Roll into 1″ balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Storing and Other Tips
Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
You can freeze the scooped cookie dough, flash freeze on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes then place dough into an airtight container and freeze up to 3 months in the freezer.
To freeze the cookies, place them in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the freezer. Thaw before enjoying.
