We always make fun appetizers for New Year’s Eve. I wanted to experiment with some new salsa this year, and love how this Peach Salsa turned out! It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory, and it’s taking so much self control not to eat this with a spoon straight from the bowl!

- 2 cups peaches, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 lime
- ⅛ cup honey
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 14 ounces tortilla chips

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly coated with honey and lime juice. Serve with your favorite chips, and enjoy!
