Healthy, delicious, and easy to make. This is the perfect dinner, and it is seriously so easy to make. The family will love it, and the kids will have no idea how healthy it actually is.
Quinoa freaked me out at first, I’ll be honest. I have made a few similar recipes before using bread crumbs, crackers, and even corn cereal bits, but quinoa was a whole new ball game.
I decided to give this recipe a shot, and it was actually better than all those other carb infested chicken breasts.
This recipe is incredibly easy to make and comes together in a matter of minutes. You are going to love it.
what nutrition benefits does quinoa have?
Quinoa was always such a strange grain to me, but as I did my research, I have come to appreciate and realize how powerful and delicious of a food it is.
Here are some fun nutrition facts about quinoa:
-It’s high in antioxidants.
-It is whole grain, which means it hasn’t been manufactured, and all the parts of the seed are intact. It also means it has kept all it’s fiber, since it has not been processed, like rice and other grains.
-Higher in protein than rice and keeps you feeling fuller, longer.
-Known to prevent a number of various diseases.
