Summer is in FULL SWING around here. That means parties, BBQs, potlucks, picnics, and long, sunny days outside.
It also means we’re eating up berries as fast as we can pick them. I played around with a few ingredients, threw in some freshly-picked raspberries, and this raspberry fruit dip was born.
Warning: it tastes like a raspberry cheesecake and you may end up eating it with a spoon.
How to make raspberry fruit dip:
Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients; cream cheese, raspberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, and powdered sugar.
Step 2: Serve with your favorite fruit or graham crackers.
Could I make this dip using different fruit?
You could most definitely make this fruit dip using a different fruit base. This recipe specifically calls for raspberry but it would be delicious with: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or even pineapple.
I have tried making this with peaches as well and it was heaven on Earth.
This recipe is extremely versatile, so you can switch out ingredients, and make it suitable and most delicious to you.
If you try a new fruit flavor, let us know in the comments, how you like it. We would love to hear from you.
