How To Make Our Roasted Parmesan Sweet Potato Recipe:
Begin making your sweet potatoes by preheating your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then get out a large baking sheet or cookie sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Dice up your sweet potatoes and then spread them out on the line cookie sheet.
Once you have the potatoes in the baking sheet, drizzle the olive oil over top of all of the diced sweet potatoes.
Now, in a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Then generously sprinkle the seasonings over top of the diced potatoes as evenly as you can.
Next, place the pan in the oven and let the sweet potatoes bake for 15-18 minutes, making sure to pull the pan out half way through to baking to bake the potatoes evenly and to avoid them burning on the bottom.
Once the sweet potatoes are tender to your liking, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with any additional salt and pepper that you desire.
Then serve them warm and enjoy!
