We’ve been trying to eat a little healthier the last couple of weeks and I cannot begin to tell you how big of a difference I am seeing in my everyday routine.
I have so much more energy and have been sleeping so much better.
Unfortunately, eating healthy one hundred percent of the time is not something I will ever be able to do, I love my treats way too much (check out our chocolate tab if you don’t believe me).
While we believe eating healthy is extremely important we believe in moderation. One of the reasons we have loved following the Smaller Family Healthy Plan is for the fun low calorie dessert that is included each week.
I whipped up these skinny banana splits to add to the plan in the next couple of weeks and knew I had to share.

I love adding a little fruit into my dinners. Especially when it has grapes. My kids especially love grapes, so when I can incorporate it into a fruit salad, I usually try to.
Our Easy Grape Salad, quickly became a family favorite, and it is so easy to make, I can’t say no, when it is requested. You could eat this as a side dish, or a main dish.
