- Boneless country-style ribs
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Avocado oil
- Beef broth
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Brown gravy mix
- Butter, cubed
- Cornstarch

- Sear the ribs.
Season the ribs with sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat the avocado oil over high heat in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet. Place ribs to the pan and cook for 2 ½ minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 ½ minutes. - Slow cook.
