Southwest Seven Layer Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 King's Hawaiian rolls
- 1 (15oz) can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Divide beef into about 12 small patties. Grill until done.
- Melt cheese on top of patties.
- Cut rolls in half.
- Place a small amount of refried beans on the bottom of each bun. Top with some shredded lettuce.
- Place beef patty with melted cheese on top of lettuce.
- Add a tomato slice to each slider.
- Then top with guacamole and sour cream.
- Place other bun on top, then serve.
