A traditional Greek salad usually consists of juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and red onion. It also has super simple seasonings like salt, pepper, oregano, and some olive oil and vinegar as the dressing.
Today we are sharing more of an American-style Greek salad that has salad greens as the base of this recipe, kalamata olives, peppers, feta cheese, and a homemade dressing that takes it over the top!
It may not be the one of the most authentic Greek salads, but it’s full of flavor and is delicious!
