Growing up, our mom always made Valentine’s Day so special with Valentine Cookie Pops.
She would buy us our own mini box of chocolates, with a glass bottle of cream soda and these cute Valentine Cookie Pops.
It is still something I look forward to every year when I go home around Valentine’s day. Such a fun tradition to pass onto the kids, and they seriously take minutes to make.
I have found that my kids love to make these. They are so easy to do, and are mouth watering. Once you have one, you will want to have 5. They are so rich and delicious.

How to make Valentine’s Day Cookie Pops:
Step 1: Take your double stuffed Oreo’s, and using your fingers, keep the cookie sides pressed together, while you stick a wooden dowel or skewer into the frosting.
If they are having a hard time staying, depending on your frosting thickness, and the sticks you use, we recommend dipping the tip of the stick in a little bit of the melted chocolate, then sticking it in the Oreo Filling.
Let them dry for a few minutes, until you are ready for dipping. You may need to reheat your chocolate if you end up doing this step.
Step 2: Dip your Oreo’s into the melted chocolate. We used white chocolate chips, as well as pink candy melts. They both taste delicious like white chocolate.
You could also do this with milk chocolate, but we prefer the pretty look of the white for Valentine’s Day.
Step 3: While your white chocolate is still soft, press in your sprinkles or candies. We used sprinkles, but you could easily add conversation hearts, or any other favorite Valentine’s Day candies.
Step 4: Let the chocolate harden and set up before eating. Once they are set up, enjoy. We like to put the tops in cellophane bags, use a cute ribbon to seal up the bottom, let the stick bottoms hang out of the bag, and give them as gifts to neighbors, teachers, grandparents, friends, etc.
Or if they don’t make it to a friend’s house, we won’t tell anyone. They are so yummy.
