Ingredients
6cupsromaine lettuce
3-4boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½red onion, diced
½cupshredded Mozzarella cheese
1avocado, diced
1(15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1(15.25 ounce) can corn, drained
1cupBBQ Sauce
⅓cupranch dressing
Instructions
In a large bowl add lettuce, chicken, red onion, mozzarella cheese, avocado, black beans, and corn.
Drizzle the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce over the salad and stir until the dressing is fully incorporated and mixed in. (you can also but a little on top for looks and extra flavor).
