Glaze:
½cupbrown sugar
2Tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
2Tablespoonswhite vinegar
1Tablespoonmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with nonstick cooking spray so the meatballs don't stick.
In a small bowl, combine the ground turkey, eggs, Italian bread crumbs, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, minced garlic, pepper, salt, and oregano (I mixed it in with my hands).
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on covered and greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and move the meatballs around and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
For the glaze, mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, and milk in a large saucepan on medium high heat until it is fully mixed in and begins to thicken.
Place the cooked turkey meatballs in the pan and mix so all of them are completely coated. Let them simmer while the sauce continues to thicken around the meatballs, stirring every few minutes.
Once all the meatballs are covered in the thick sauce, take off the heat and serve warm.
Serve with rice or vegetables or as an appetizer on toothpicks.
