This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is a quick, family-friendly dinner with shredded chicken, boxed stuffing, diced ham, broccoli, and cream of chicken soup.

Ingredients
6ouncesboxed stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
10 ½ouncescanned cream of chicken soup
1Tablespoondijon mustard
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
3cupsbroccoli florets, fresh and chopped into small pieces
Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Set aside.
Mix soup and mustard in medium bowl; stir in cooked chicken, broccoli and ham.
Spoon mixture into 2 quart casserole dish (9x9 inch baking dish) sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Top with cheese slices and then sprinkle on the stuffing.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
If your family doesn't like broccoli, you can substitute it with fresh green beans cut into bite-sized pieces or even zucchini sliced into small pieces. (Recipe adapted from Kraft Recipes).
