These Chicken Lime Soft Tacos make the perfect dinner. They are so easy to make, healthy, and come together in minutes.

Ingredients
1½poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks or strips
¼cupred wine vinegar
1lime, juiced
2teaspoonssugar
1teaspoon salt
1teaspoonpepper
2green onions, minced
2clovesgarlic, minced
¼cupfresh cilantro, chopped
4flour tortillas
Instructions
Sauté chicken over medium high heat until browned.
Add vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, green onion, and garlic.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add cilantro and simmer for an additional 30 seconds.
Serve on warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
