Cinnamon Roll Sugar Cookie Bars Recipe
I was sick of just making plain old cookies, and decided to give these Cinnamon Roll Sugar Cookie Bars a try! They were absolutely delicious, especially with the cream cheese frosting! It was hard to give a few away to my neighbors!

Ingredients

cream cheese

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl beat together, butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Slowly add dry ingredient mix to butter and sugar mixture. Mix until just blended together, don't over mix!
Spread into a greased 9x13 pan (you might have to use your hands a little bit to make sure the dough gets into all the corners).
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Frosting
Using a mixer, beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency.
Wait until cool before spreading frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to top it off.
