I came across this recipe for an Easy Vegetable Stir Fry, switched it up according to my family's liking, and had ourselves a brand new and delicious side dish.
Turn your stove to medium high and heat your oil in a large frying pan. Add all of the veggies that you are using. Mix them so the oil covers the majority of them.
Cook them for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until all veggies are soft.
Once they are cooked, put them on a plate and top with shredded cooked chicken. Pour a little Mandarin Sauce over the top. Serve hot.
