Close the lid, set valve to SEALING and cook on MANUAL OR HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
After cooking is done, do a quick release and remove the lid.
Drain excess water.
Add olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot and toss to coat carrots.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
