Pineapple Chicken Salad Pitas are my new go to lunch. They are so easy to make, and are full of flavor. They are light, yet filling, and only require a few ingredients. They come together in a matter of minutes and taste amazing.

Ingredients
3boneless skinless chicken breasts, (cooked and shredded)
½cupshredded carrots
⅓cupsliced almonds
⅓cuplight mayonnaise
4green onions, (finely chopped)
¼cupplain fat-free Greek yogurt
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
1(8 ounce) cancrushed pineapple, (drained)
6(6 inch)whole wheat pitas, (cut in half)
6Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, carrots, almonds, mayonnaise, green onion, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and crushed pineapple.
Divide chicken mixture evenly between pitas, top with lettuce and serve.
