Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

diced tomatoes

ounces
diced green chiles

medium onion

large bell pepper

vegetable oil

chili powder

teaspoons
cumin

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
dried oregano

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and mix gently, until all spices are incorporated
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2 hours.
Serve with tortillas, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
Notes
Freezer Meal Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a ziploc or freezer safe bag. Mix ingredients in bag to make sure spices are fully incorporated.
Place in Freezer (up to 30 days).
To Prepare, thaw in fridge for 24 hours before placing in slow cooker. Cook for 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high,
Instant Pot Directions:
Place all ingredients in Instant Pot
Stir until chicken and vegetables are all fully coated with seasoning.
Cook on HIGH pressure for 15-20 minutes. Quick release after time runs out.
