Load the crockpot. Add the chicken, taco seasoning, salsa, queso dip, and cream cheese to a slow cooker. Mix everything together until the chicken is well-coated.
Cook. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred. Use two forks to shred the chicken inside the crockpot.
Serve. Serve warm over rice or in tacos garnished with fresh cilantro.
