Whether you need an appetizer or a main dish, these Taco Turkey Meatballs have you covered. They are so easy to make, and taste amazing. If you need new dinner ideas, start with this one. It is delicious, and only requires a few inexpensive ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, taco seasoning, salt, bread crumbs, egg, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Serve meatballs over prepared Spanish rice.
Notes
You could use ground beef instead of ground turkey. I like ground turkey because it has less grease, and the flavor is also delicious to me. It tastes a little cleaner.
